Staff Sergeant William Cleveland was the crew chief of Super Six-Four, the second Black Hawk helicopter shot down over Mogadishu. From Peoria, Arizona, Cleveland was a Night Stalker — a member of the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment whose motto is 'Night Stalkers Don't Quit.'
